Delete your MindRise data
Web account
Open MindRise → Account to export saved data, manage your subscription or request account deletion. Web account deletion includes private saved wellness content, social access, private recordings and managed sign-in. If provider cancellation or deletion cannot complete, the request must remain visibly incomplete and retryable.
Cancel web billing in the hosted customer portal from Account. Earlier Apple or Google subscriptions must be cancelled with their original store. Clearing browser data or uninstalling does not cancel billing.
Encrypted backups retain deleted content for at most seven days. A restored backup must reapply deletion records before returning to service. Required billing and dispute records may be retained by the payment provider.
Friends account (in the app)
- Open MindRise and go to Friends.
- Tap You, then Privacy.
- Tap Delete my Friends account and confirm.
Your profile, connections, reactions and voice notes are removed and your messages and posts are erased right away. Copies in our rolling backups age out within 7 days.
Earlier native installations
- Ara memory (intentions and reflections) lives only on your phone. Remove it in Settings → What Ara knows → Forget everything, or by uninstalling the app.
- Journal, alarms and recordings live only on your phone and are removed when you uninstall.

Slett dataene dine (norsk)
I appen: Venner → Deg → Personvern → Slett Venner-kontoen min. Profil, kontakter, reaksjoner og talemeldinger fjernes, og meldinger slettes med én gang. Sikkerhetskopier forsvinner innen 7 dager.
