Joining and promotion
The MindRise partner program is operated by Blackforge AS, Norwegian organisation number 937 768 532, at Fjogstadvegen 32, 4350 Kleppe, Norway. You must be at least 18, have a verified MindRise account, accept these terms and provide accurate contact and payout information. Contact [email protected] for help.
Use your approved referral link and promotional materials. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required. Do not invent reviews, users, results or income; promise medical treatment; spam; impersonate MindRise; bid on protected brand names without written permission; or arrange fraudulent, circular or self-referral transactions. Program participation does not authorize unsolicited messages from MindRise systems.
The commission formula
Earn 40% of eligible collected subscription revenue. There is no additional deduction for MindRise's AI costs, payment processing costs or an operating reserve. A free trial or unpaid invoice earns no commission. The rate applicable to an earned invoice is recorded with that invoice.
Eligible revenue is the amount collected for an attributed subscription after discounts, excluding sales tax, refunded amounts and amounts subject to active payment disputes. Unpaid, fraudulent or reversed payments do not earn settled commission. A partial refund or active partial charge dispute reduces eligible revenue by the affected amount; their combined amount is capped at the original payment. Commission on an amount held for a dispute is restored if the dispute is resolved in MindRise's favor.
For a $9.99 payment with no discount, tax, refund or dispute, commission is approximately $4.00. Fractional cents are rounded down per invoice. Refund and dispute adjustments use the same recorded rate. Currency conversion by your receiving bank and your own taxes can affect the amount you ultimately receive. Examples are estimates and do not guarantee income.
Verified Stripe payment records establish collected revenue; MindRise's commission ledger records attribution, earnings, reversals and payout allocations. Browser charts and submitted claims cannot create a payment or commission.
Attribution and renewals
The initial referral window is 30 days. MindRise validates the partner and active campaign, issues a signed token and binds the first qualifying attribution to the customer's account and subscription. Self referrals, including purchases from the same verified email, are ineligible. Pausing or archiving stops new attribution while preserving eligible historic earnings and verified renewal attribution. Cancellation stops future renewal commissions. An existing account cannot change its original partner attribution through another link.
Optional first-party tracking requires consent. Attribution cannot be guaranteed when tracking is declined or blocked, the referral expires, or the customer does not complete an eligible referral journey.
Payouts
Commissions are held for 30 days after the eligible payment. Approved available balances of at least $25 USD are eligible for monthly payouts, subject to account and payee verification and review. Initial payouts are operator-approved payments; automated transfers are not promised. A prepared batch is not a completed payment. The dashboard shows paid status only after payment confirmation is recorded. Contact [email protected] for payout setup; do not send bank details in public posts or campaign names.
View your earnings, adjustments and payout status in the MindRise partner dashboard. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionally. Refunds and disputes create explicit reversals; a reversal after payout can offset future earnings and leave a negative balance. A failed payout retains its audit history and releases its reservation. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and accurate payout information.
Customer privacy
Partners receive aggregate campaign and financial information belonging to their account. They do not receive buyer emails, journals, recordings, Ara conversations or private Friends content. Do not attempt to infer sensitive wellness information from purchases or referrals.
Changes and termination
Material program changes will be communicated before taking effect. Accrued eligible commissions retain the rate applicable when earned, subject to refunds, disputes and these terms. Fraud or serious promotion violations can lead to suspension, referral rejection or program removal, with reasons and a support channel. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
When updated terms require acceptance, new referrals and payout requests pause until you accept them. Existing attributed subscriptions continue to earn eligible renewal commissions at the rate agreed for those subscriptions while your account remains in good standing; your recorded balance and history remain visible during the pause.
Payment and payout records
Stripe provides hosted subscription checkout and the verified payment, refund and dispute records used to calculate eligible revenue. MindRise owns referral attribution, commission accounting and payout records. Stripe does not operate the MindRise partner program or send partner payouts on MindRise's behalf.
Initial partner payouts are manual operator-approved payments. A payout is shown as paid only after MindRise records the actual transfer method and confirmation reference. A prepared or approved balance is not proof that money was sent.
